How it works
All food is purchased through Christine's Gourmet at retail prices.
Wine can be purchased through Christine's Gourmet at retail prices.
Rental of china is available if needed
Chef charge of 2 hours prior to the meal will be include in the bill for pre Mise en place done at the shop
Chef Charge per hour $60.00 at residence
Server Charge per hour $15.00 at residence
Minimum 8 people Maximum 12 people
The entire food misc en place will be done ahead of time and the raw ingredients will be brought to your home for final cooking preparations by the guest. Teams of individual's will be taught to prepare different courses of the meal. Finishing touches will be made and dinner will be served.
A theme is available upon request

Christine's Gourmet staff will take care of serving and pouring of the wine.
Christine's Gourmet staff will be responsible for cleaning the kitchen.
Dining area will be cleaned upon request.
