Patty Greene Here! I am sorry that I haven't let you know sooner how much we enjoyed your delicious food served at Kate's graduation luncheon on Friday, December 19th. Even though the crowd was smaller than we had hoped, it didn't dampen the spirits of the the 11 people that were there! Everything was just perfect and I will recommend you and the mansion anytime I have the chance. It was truly a beautiful day and we appreciate all that you did to make it that way.

Everything was wonderful, and I have heard so many compliments on the food. In fact, I was just talking about you today. Some of my coworkers and I were thinking of heading over sometime for lunch (because they loved the food so much...especially the Bacon Wrapped Scallops). Again, the wedding was wonderful, and thank you so much for everything you did to help with the big day. Hope to talk to you soon!

The wedding was so fantastic!! We have gotten so many compliments on the FOOD !!!! Believe it or not, people are actually telling us that it was the best wedding they have ever been to!! Jen and Mike said it was magical and they wouldn't even want to do it again, because it was so perfect! We were truly blessed with fantastic weather. They just returned on Monday evening from their honeymoon to Belize and had a blast. I'll miss talking to you, but next time I'm in Auburn, I will come by to say hello. Thanks so much for everything you did to make Jen and Mike's day perfect!

Sorry I haven’t contacted you earlier. Everything was fantastic!!! Piping hot, very tasty, etc. You even won over the twins to “adult food” with the chicken skewers! Regina wants more. Thanks for being there when I needed you. More parties to come as I get myself organized here. Jim is anxious to get back to the socializing scene and acknowledges that it’s sooooo much better to have you do the food preparation part.
