Blackened Grouper with a Peach Mango Salsa

8 oz -9 oz of Grouper seasoned with blackened seasoning & a little oil. Heat a skillet until smoking point and place on the fish in the pan until blackened on one side then flip. 2-3 mins on each side. Remove from pan and place in a pie pan and finish in the oven for about 7-8 mins depending on the thickness of the fish. Remove and place on plate, top with peach mango salsa from Christine’s.
